These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Swayogi Travels website and the travel-related services provided by Swayogi Travels. By submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, making a booking, making any payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Booking, Payment and Cancellation & Refund Policies.
1. About Swayogi Travels
Swayogi Travels provides domestic and international travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Holiday Packages
- Hotel Bookings
- Flight Booking Assistance
- Transportation Services
- Sightseeing Tours
- Honeymoon Packages
- Family Holidays
- Group Tours
- Corporate Travel
- Customized Travel Packages
All travel arrangements are subject to availability, applicable supplier terms and confirmation.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:
- The required payment, as specified in the quotation or booking terms, has been received.
- Written booking confirmation has been issued by Swayogi Travels.
- Availability has been confirmed by the respective travel supplier(s), where applicable.
A quotation, proposal or itinerary does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.
Availability and pricing may change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Pricing & Quotation Validity
All prices quoted by Swayogi Travels are subject to availability and may be affected by:
- Hotel availability and rate revisions
- Airline fare changes
- Government taxes and applicable charges
- Supplier revisions
- Currency fluctuations for international travel
- Seasonal pricing
- Changes requested by the customer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid only for the validity period mentioned in the quotation.
Prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Any additional services, upgrades, changes or customer-requested additions may incur additional charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete personal information.
- Providing correct passenger names and other booking details.
- Providing valid travel documents.
- Verifying passport validity where applicable.
- Obtaining required visas and permits.
- Complying with immigration and entry requirements.
- Following airline, hotel, transport and activity-provider policies.
- Arriving at departure locations on time.
- Providing accurate travel dates and passenger information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the quotation, itinerary and booking confirmation and informing Swayogi Travels promptly of any errors or discrepancies.
Swayogi Travels shall not be responsible for losses, additional charges or booking issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or late information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.
5. Travel Documents & Visa
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents required for their journey, including, where applicable:
- Government-issued identification
- Valid passport
- Visa
- Travel insurance
- Entry permits
- Health or vaccination documents
- Other documents required by the relevant authorities
Where Swayogi Travels provides visa assistance, such assistance does not guarantee visa approval.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government authority.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for visa or travel documentation is accurate and complete.
Visa fees, application fees and other charges may be non-refundable depending on the applicable authority or service provider.
Failure to possess valid or required travel documents may result in denied boarding, denied entry or cancellation of travel arrangements, with any resulting costs subject to the applicable supplier and booking policies.
6. Payments
Payments shall be made according to the payment schedule and Payment Policy applicable to the booking.
Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in:
- Cancellation of the booking
- Loss of availability
- Revision of the quoted price
- Additional charges, where applicable
Customers should make payments only through the official payment methods and account details communicated by Swayogi Travels.
Customers are advised not to make payments to any personal bank account, personal UPI ID or unauthorised third party claiming to represent Swayogi Travels.
Swayogi Travels shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons or accounts outside the official payment instructions provided by the company.
Applicable receipts, invoices and booking confirmations will be issued in accordance with the booking and payment terms.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy of Swayogi Travels and the terms applicable to the booked travel services.
Refund eligibility and cancellation charges may depend on:
- Airline cancellation policies
- Hotel cancellation policies
- Transport-provider policies
- Activity and sightseeing-provider policies
- Destination management company policies
- Supplier terms
- Booking conditions
- Non-refundable components
- Applicable taxes and charges
Certain travel components may be fully or partially non-refundable after confirmation or within specified cancellation periods.
Any applicable service, processing or administrative charges will be communicated where applicable.
Where a supplier permits a refund, Swayogi Travels will process the eligible refund in accordance with the applicable supplier terms and its Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Changes to Bookings & Itineraries
Requests to modify the following may be subject to availability, supplier approval and additional charges:
- Travel dates
- Destination
- Hotels
- Passenger details
- Transportation
- Activities
- Room category
- Other booked services
Any requested change may result in revised pricing, cancellation charges, amendment charges or other applicable fees.
Swayogi Travels may also need to modify an itinerary or service due to availability, operational requirements, supplier changes, weather conditions, government restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Swayogi Travels will attempt to provide a suitable alternative.
Any additional cost arising from a customer-requested change or applicable supplier requirement may be payable by the customer.
9. Third-Party Suppliers
Swayogi Travels acts as a travel service provider, coordinator and/or intermediary for various travel arrangements.
Services such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, cruise operators, activity providers and destination management companies may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Such suppliers operate according to their own terms, policies, schedules and operational procedures.
Swayogi Travels is not responsible for the independent actions, operational decisions, delays, cancellations, service quality or failures of third-party suppliers, except to the extent caused by Swayogi Travels or otherwise required under applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, Swayogi Travels will assist customers in communicating with the relevant supplier regarding service-related issues.
10. Force Majeure
Swayogi Travels shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses or failure to perform services to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Cyclones
- Severe weather conditions
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government restrictions or orders
- War or civil unrest
- Strikes or industrial action
- Airport or border closures
- Airline or transport disruptions
- Acts of terrorism
- Changes in immigration or entry requirements
- Other events beyond reasonable control
Any refund, credit or compensation arising from such circumstances will be subject to the applicable terms of the airline, hotel, supplier or other service provider.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swayogi Travels shall not be responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, injuries, baggage loss, theft, missed flights, missed connections, visa rejection, flight disruptions, hotel overbooking, weather-related disruptions or supplier defaults to the extent that such matters are caused by third-party suppliers, government authorities, circumstances beyond Swayogi Travels' reasonable control, or information/actions of the customer.
Swayogi Travels shall take reasonable steps to coordinate with relevant suppliers and assist customers where reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit statutory consumer rights.
12. Complaints & Assistance During Travel
Customers should notify Swayogi Travels as soon as reasonably possible if they experience an issue with any booked travel service during their journey.
Prompt communication allows Swayogi Travels a reasonable opportunity to coordinate with the relevant supplier and attempt to resolve the issue.
Customers should, where appropriate, also report the issue directly to the relevant hotel, airline, transport provider or activity operator while the service is being provided.
Complaints received after completion of travel may be reviewed in accordance with the applicable booking terms and supplier policies.
13. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
- Use the website for unlawful activities.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
Swayogi Travels reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or the company.
